The code can be used with a full blown Arduino board or an AVR microcontroller chip can be programmed and used directly in a circuit. If you want to build a cw decoder without using other active components than an atmel 328 - Arduino UNO, then this is sure something for you. Been doing some Arduino stuff on the workbench.
